NAMI Living Rooms

The Nami Living Room is a place to come if you are experiencing life’s stress. Trained Living Room team members use their own experience with mental health to help others – whether you are in an emotional crisis, or just need a safe place to speak with someone who understands, come talk with us. They’ve lived it and can be there to help build positive mental health and grow your emotional wellness. Services are free of charge.

Anyone who is 18 and over who is feeling scared, anxious, angry, sad, or just needs someone to talk to. You can walk-in or call ahead.
